James Carnes is an Innovator, Brand Strategist, and Executive. In his 25 years in the industry he has launched concepts like Boost, Primeknit, and Futurecraft, and led adidas sustainability strategy for many years. James was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan.

Michael Birke is a Product Expert and Driver of Brand and Business Growth. He has over 20 years experience working with brands like adidas and has built footwear programs like adizero, originals superstar, and the adidas NEO brand. Mike was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario.

Matt Beckley has over a decade of experience in disruptive early-stage startups. He has helped build, scale and exit three ventures with combined valuation over $300M ranging from digital marketing to cannabis compliance to digital asset investing. Matt is a relaxed family guy living in Portland, Oregon.
